With an extensive background in the audio industry and a deep understanding of market trends, Zerbe brings a wealth of expertise that will be instrumental in shaping the company’s future.

Zerbe joins Perlisten Audio following a distinguished career, most recently serving as the Senior Director of Technology and Standards for CEDIA, where he also hosted The CEDIA Podcast. With over 30 years of industry experience, his expertise spans product development, product strategy, and standards leadership.
Throughout his career, Zerbe has played an integral role in shaping industry standards, serving in key positions such as Chair of the CTA Audio Division Board, Chair of the CTA Technology and Standards Council, and Co-founder and past Chair of the CEDIA/CTA R10 Residential Systems Standards body. His contributions have earned him prestigious accolades, including the CTA Technology Achievement Award and the CTA TechHome Division Mark of Excellence Leadership Award.
Prior to his work in product development, Zerbe was the President and Founder of a custom low-voltage integration firm, giving him a unique perspective on the needs of integrators and end users alike. His expertise and leadership will be invaluable in Perlisten Audio’s continued mission to redefine high-performance audio.
